At Aica Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fixtures and fittings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the bathroom items in their original boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
